Wild Chinese Buffet: A Culinary Treasure in Lodi, CA

The restaurant is clean and the service is fast. The price is cheap and the food are quite tasty. You can choose 2,3,4 items or all you can eat. It's only a simple all you can eat restaurant with choices of 10-15 main dishes and soup only, no fruit or snack.

Is this the best Americanized Chinese food ever? No... But for $10 all you can eat?? Tastes amazing. I’ll be eating in monthly, helping out by proving to other customers that Asians also like this place LOL. Very spacious inside. The cash register and buffet table are by the back. It’s self serve if you’re eating in for the buffet, for togo you let them know what you want in your box. They’ve got all the basics and more. My favorite is their general tso’s chicken and I love the wontons. Pretty solid fried rice and noodles. The orange chicken is pretty funny, kinda tastes like oranges. They also have fried veggies that taste kinda weird, it’d be awesome if they improved the batter so I could eat those and feel healthier lol. Egg drop soup is hit or miss? None of the dishes are very spicy in my opinion in case you’re sensitive. They also have Mr. Pibb soda, kinda rare. The owners and workers are Chinese and very nice people. My one wish is for there to be a cheap self serve vanilla ice cream machine installed LOL I hope this place stays alive forever.

It looks like nothing special as it's in a old run down shopping center but it's a jem because in today's world you can't find anything this good for the price you're going to pay. Eleven dollars for all you can eat ?! Truly impossible to find elsewhere.

10/26/25 We took a drive to try this place. We heard about it, so we tried it. It was really good. The place is small & has a few entrés, but it was good... and affordable. For 2 adults & drinks it was $25.62. Our 3 yr old ate free. The Buffet Prices have increased. Lunch is $9.99 & Dinner is $10.99 Still not bad. I believe we will return!

Food is so good and affordable I’m surprised the place isn’t packed! Every time we come here the food is fresh and delicious. Several choices of chicken, sweet and sour pork, broccoli beef , rice and noodles. All lovely and a treat for the tastebuds.

Food here is better then Sacramento #1 buffet everything is fresh! Very comfortable always greeted and accommodating and cheap! ....Worth more then the pay. They say quantity over quality! or quality over quantity! But not here everything is as you expect ( flavor and a full stomach ) nothing else can compare to Wild Chinese Buffet in Lodi !!!

My husband brought me here on his lunch break one day and I can not stop coming back! Most of the time I go without him the food is delicious amazing flavor and always fresh. The spring rolls and cream cheese ragoons are delicious especially with the red sauce. I will not go any where else for Chinese!! The prices are great too!! I love that if you dine in its a buffet so you don't have to pick you can try it all!! I got it Togo today and even after the drive home still so yummy

This was a great little buffet. We went right about 130pm for lunch. They constantly bring out fresh food. For 11.97 for a drink and a meal is way better than any fast food joint. I tried everything on the buffer and was NOT disappointed. You know how some places everything taste the same, not here. It is a must try.
